Great customer service. Came in with a water sample I was welcomed in and taken care of immediately. Along with pointing me in the direction of what I needed he also gave tips and pointers on best usage and applications. Definitely my new go to!

I bought a nice 12 ft. round above-ground pool here about a year ago, and Ed (owner/manager) took a lot of time showing me all the styles of liners, ladders, pool sizes, pumps, etc. He is awesome - he never pressured me, just explained everything thoroughly and made suggestions based on what I said I was looking for, etc. I go in there occasionally to get my supplies and I always have questions about something that's going on with my pool, and again, he takes his time showing me what I've done wrong, ways to improve what I'm doing and never pressures me into buying ANYTHING. He is such a nice guy - he has taught me a lot about pool maintenance, etc. and it's always an enjoyable experience to go there & chat with Ed! AND since I bought the pool, I've never spent more than $25 per visit to Casual Patio Pools, etc. If you're thinking of getting an above-ground pool, hot tub or patio/supplies, you cannot go wrong if you go see Ed!! :) Thanks, Ed!
